If you’ve never gone on Pinterest, I highly recommend it. I first joined for the “Humor” section, which contains some of the funniest pictures that have ever graced the internet, but I stay for the “DIY&Craft” and “Fitness” sections.
I look for motivation everywhere I can, and the Fitness posts on Pinterest are my favorite to go to when I’m just really not feeling like doing a work out or when I really want to eat something naughty. Most times I get so pumped up that I extend my workout (like today…I got on the elliptical with intentions of going for 15 mintues, and did 31 minutes.) or I take a look at things I can improve on. I love looking at these everyday, and keeping the motivation alive. I’ve been eating well, and getting back into working out more, and I’m so happy about it. It puts me in the greatest mood, and I wouldn’t change it for anything. I’d like to kick it up a notch soon, and really get into solid, healthy habits.
This is a short post tonight because I’m already 10 minutes late for going to bed…Gotta get my 8 hours! I hope everyone is doing well. I’ll be stopping by blogs hopefully this weekend!
