I think I am going to go with a more pleasant Eckhart Tolle approach ( I love this author and need to go back and re-read some of his works).
When on a journey it is really important to keep a positive mental attitude and surround yourself with positive people who support you. I wish to thank my wordpress family of supporters, my readers and those of you (you know who you are) that stop by my desk and embrace me with love. Soooooo…..back on track and ready to roll.
About the scale…I think the The Grumpy Man threw mine out, or at least I was hoping that he would….
Oh and a shoutout to the makers of Skinny Cow ice cream treats…Um…while those little buggers take off the edge at only 150 calories, they taste a lot like chemicals, please work on this! Kthxbye.
