Elliptical Day 4

I worked out for 10 minutes this morning but tonight….I went 13.51 minutes!  After 11 minutes I think my body went into fight or flight mode because I stopped feeling the burn and my legs for that matter.  If it wasn’t for the fact that I was in full lamaze breathing I probably could have went longer.  After all of that I probably should have kicked out something 8 pounds or so!

I am enjoying working out twice a day but you should have seen me lose my mind when I hopped on the scale this morning and I had gained 3 pounds!  Mexican food last week or from working out this week?  Aggggggggggghhhhhh!!!!!!

Tonight’s music selection:

Usher – Caught Up (I couldn’t have caught up if I tried)

Maroon 5 – Makes Me Wonder (Made me wonder why I was still on the machine)

Boyz to Men – Motownphilly (Back again on my elliptical)

Flo Rida – Right Round (The only thing spinning right round was my legs)

  1. Remember — when you start something new you build muscle — which is good! Muscle holds water weight–fuel so that the next time you do this you can do it easier. That could be the deal if you didn’t over eat somewhere.
